Flashgot is the first program that lets you access an external download manager from your Mozilla Firefox browser. Mozilla Firefox incorporates a basic download manager, but doesn't let you access an external program. From now on you can do it, thanks to Flashgot.

This Flashgot application can interact with any of the best-known download managers. This way, when you download a file in Mozilla Firefox, you can enjoy the advantages offered by your usual download manager. Sometimes, so that Flashgot can work with certain managers, it is necessary to activate in them a compatibility with Mozilla Firefox, from an option included in that program, or using a specific plug-in. This will depend on the download manager you use.

Flashgot also offers you four main commands: Link, Selection, All and Tabs.
